As a consumer, your rights are protected by the United Kingdom's Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations. This means you can change your mind and cancel an order, without a reason, even after your order has been delivered.
If you decide to cancel, you should to do so within 14 working days — starting from the day after you receive your order. This is called the “cooling-off” period.
You are responsible for charges incurred in returning the item to us. Goods should be returned in their original condition.
Where you excercise your right cancel, payment will be refunded within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
If there is a fault with your product, or a product was delivered in error, you may return it to us within 30 days for a replacement or refund. In this situation we'll happily refund the delivery charges incurred in returning the item to us.
This returns policy does not effect your statutory rights.
